Returns

If you wish to return a FOAREPS product, please follow the steps below:

Please note:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at FOARagonese@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Return

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Warranty

  • Refunds are available within 10 days of receiving your order if the product is in new and unused condition. 

  • Refunds cannot be issued for shipments lost or stolen during transit.

  • Shafts have a 30 day warranty vs breakage. In order to replace a shaft please email FOARagonese@gmail.com

  • Orders marked as “delivered” but later reported stolen or missing are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

  • Returned products must be shipped back to FOAREPS and received in good condition to qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed due to rate or speed for fulfillment.

Incorrect Address

  • FOAREPS is not responsible for errors in shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, we will reship the package.

  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

  • Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.

  • Orders reshipped due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for returns or refunds.
